BG – I feel comfortable here and get along with everything and enjoy the company, I am a very independent man but know I can request help if I require any, I like the activities and helping out around the home when I can

ES - I am looked after well, all the staff are kind and caring, always there when needed, I love joining in with the activities

IB – I am happy at clough house, I feel safe here all the people are kind, I do feel well looked after everything is perfect, I am a new resident here ????

OP- I love it here, I love the games, the singing and dancing every day with all the people, I definitely feel well looked after and would recommend this home to everyone

ES: All the staff are all very caring and amazing, you are never without, I enjoy living here and really enjoy the karaoke as my family are able to watch me on Facebook and always ring me saying they loved my singing!

DD: I have been here on numerous occasions for short term respite and I wouldn’t go anywhere else ???? the staff are always on hand when you need them and nothing is ever to much for them, I am happy also that I am able to enjoy activities and join in daily

OP : I have only recently just moved into clough house and I really enjoy it, the staff and the other residents are very welcoming and I feel like part of a family ???? the staff are always polite, smiling and are always happy to have a chat and a laugh with me which makes me feel welcome

AM: I think all the staff are amazing and are always smiling, I enjoy singing and taking part in the activities and karaoke, I am grateful for what the staff and management have done for me while I have been at Clough house, they have always gone out of their way to ensure I have enough clothes, toiletries etc what I require and cant access myself

BG: I enjoy being at clough house as the staff and management are always helpful and encourage me to help out in the garden and painting (which I love doing as I use to be a painter myself ) I enjoy taking part in the activities as we are always doing something different and themed to suit certain occasions

JC: the staff are always cheerful and always make the effort to check on me during the day as I enjoy staying in my room and watching tv, they always pop in during the day for a chat and to see if I need anything

MS: I enjoy all the activities that go on here at clough house, as I love a good puzzle or quiz and really enjoy the company of the staff and other residents, we are always kept busy during the day with games, arts and crafts. I also enjoy receiving letters from my daughter which the staff always ensure I get help with if I require any ????

Resident ES- the staff are amazing and always there for me when I need them, the food is always tasty and I always enjoy what’s on the menus – I absolutely love karaoke and all the activities

Resident JH- I really enjoy being here at Clough house, the staff are really nice and good at there jobs, the food is always enjoyable and always have a variety to choose from, I enjoy the activities every day

Resident JF- I love being at Clough house and wouldn’t want to be anywhere else, the staff are really good, the atmosphere is lovely and feels like home and I have made a lot of new friends here

Resident MB- I really enjoy the activities here, I am always having a good laugh with everyone, the staff are really good and caring, the food is always well cooked and presented, jolly good !

Resident -JC- I enjoy spending time in my room and enjoy the staff coming in and having a good natter with me, I do come down for all meals and enjoy sitting in the lounge area with my friend Brian and I always enjoy the food, everyone just aims to look after everyone here !

Resident BG- I get on really well with staff and other residents, I enjoy helping round the home in the garden, I enjoy taking part in all the activities which are daily, the cooks always caters to my needs and preferences, and the food always looks and taste exceptionally well !!

I came here from another home, I must admit I feel much better in myself since coming to Clough House. I can go out daily if I wish too and happy they promote my independence. The meals and staff are all very nice. BG 2017

I have been here 6 months now and settled in well. The staff are always around to help. The other residents are nice we chat to one another throughout the day. And it’s nice to have a laugh with all staff members. It’s nice to start the day off with a laugh worth waking up for each day. ET 2017

Clough House, I just wanted to say a big thank you to all the staff at Clough house for all their love, kindness and care that was delivered to my late mum. We simply could not of asked for more, all our requests were listened too, my mum was treated as is she was their own mum. Amazing ! G Taylor. x
