One of the surveys that we carry out at Clough House Care Home is residents survey/ questionnaire, although most residents are very happy at Clough house, in a recent survey/questionnaire a resident requested if possible,  we could have a wet room installed to make the bathing process easier on the residents and the staff.

This was duly noted and addressed in the recent managers meeting, and as a result the new wet room was installed in October 2016,.

We are always thriving forward to make residents stay at Clough house care home as much as a positive experience as possible!
